I am glad to invite you to join the new weekly intensive cycle of the Meditation Group: For a Healthier and Happier Life (here, in Earth).

The idea of ​​creating a meditation group arose from the desire to create a healthier and more sustainable world, where all species can coexist in peace and harmony. The inspiration came from Trees & Circles, a registered Swiss non-profit foundation that supports women-led community initiatives focused on ecosystem conservation and restoration, primarily in the Global South. When I learned about their projects, I felt strongly called to collaborate in some way. 

 

The group was created in September 2024, with a first cycle from September to December. The second cycle, was from January until May 2025. And the third one, a weekly intensive cycle went from May to July 2025. The next cycle (every two weeks meetings - 8 sessions), will start on the 11th of September, and it will be on Wednesdays from 19.30 to 20.30.

The dates will be as follows:

 

- Wednesday, Sept 11, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday Sept 25, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, Oct 9, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, Oct 23, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, Nov 6, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday Nov 20, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, Dec 4, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, Dec 18, from 19.30 to 20.30.

We will continue working on inhabiting the body, paying attention to physical and sensory sensations. Practicing grounding in the body, a kind heart and a nonjudgmental mind. The connection between ourselves and everything around us. Stillness. Emptiness. And the constant flow of life experience.

The fee is  €90 (€11.25 per session) and will be distributed as follows:
