I am glad to invite you to join the new weekly intensive cycle of the Meditation Group: For a Healthier Life (here, in Earth).

The idea of ​​creating a meditation group arose from the desire to create a healthier and more sustainable world, where all species can coexist in peace and harmony. The inspiration came from Trees & Circles, a registered Swiss non-profit foundation that supports women-led community initiatives focused on ecosystem conservation and restoration, primarily in the Global South.

 

When I learned about their projects, I felt strongly called to collaborate in some way. Since I have been practicing Tibetan Buddhist meditation and mindfulness for years, I thought this would be a good way to do it, and in two directions.

 

The group was created in September 2024, with a first cycle from September to December. The second cycle, which began in January 2025, is about to end.

 

We generally meet once every two weeks, on Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., but since some participants have shown interest in pursuing a more regular meditation practice, I am organising this new weekly series.

 

Depending on how things go, there is the possibility of doing a daily intensive for seven consecutive days, but that is still open.

 

In this weekly intensive series, we will continue working on engaging/awakening the body, paying full attention to physical sensations, emotions, feelings, thoughts, breathing, and the central channel, creating inner space, and exploring the nature of the mind, which is that which is clear and knows.

 

The seven sessions will be divided as follows:

 

- Wednesday, May 21, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, May 28, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, June 4, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, June 11, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, June 18, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, June 25, from 19.30 to 20.30.

- Wednesday, July 2, from 19.30 to 20.30.

 

 

The price is €70 (€10 per session) and will be distributed as follows:
