Practice 1.: Shamata: object of the meditation. Breathing: nostrils-belly breathing.

Sharing experiences.

Practice 2.: Including the body: sensations, feelings, emotions, sounds...

Sharing experiences.

Practice 3.: Including the heart.: love towards oneself and others. 

Sharing experiences.

This workshop has been thought to introduce people into meditation in order to create a Meditation Group.
